Quality Management
Our Quality Standards
At WoMarine, quality isn't a marketing buzzword — it's the foundation of our business. Every part we sell is manufactured to precise specifications that match or exceed the original equipment dimensions, materials, and performance characteristics.
Manufacturing Process
Our parts go through a rigorous quality control process:
1. Material Selection
We use marine-grade materials specifically chosen for saltwater environments:
- Brass components — Salt-resistant alloys for fuel system parts
- Stainless steel fasteners — 316-grade for maximum corrosion resistance
- High-impact polypropylene — UV-stabilized for propeller guards and external components
- Nitrile rubber seals — Fuel and oil resistant for gaskets and O-rings
2. Precision Manufacturing
Every part is CNC-machined or injection-molded to tolerances that ensure direct-fit installation:
- Same bolt patterns and mounting points as the original
- Identical port sizes and fuel passages for carburetors
- Matched impeller profiles for proper water flow in cooling systems
3. Testing & Inspection
- Dimensional inspection — Every batch is measured against OEM specifications
- Pressure testing — Fuel system components are tested for leaks
- Visual inspection — Surface finish and coating integrity verified
- Fitment verification — Random samples tested on actual engines
Our Fitment Guarantee
If a WoMarine part doesn't fit the engine model listed on its product page, we will:
- Send you the correct part at no additional cost, OR
- Issue a full refund including return shipping
No questions asked. No restocking fees. That's our promise.
Continuous Improvement
We actively collect feedback from mechanics, boat shops, and individual customers to improve our parts. If you notice any fitment issue or have suggestions for improvement, please email us at info@womarine.com. Your input directly influences our next production run.
